Carmen Thompson began her real estate career over 16 years ago, as an associate for a local shopping center REIT, Kite Realty Group, assisting in shopping center development, third-party construction management, as well as (QPAM) asset management, managing of over a billion dollars in assets.

Currently, Carmen is a licensed real estate broker that conducts agency leasing and sales for the retail division of Cushman Wakefield. As a Senior Associate, for the third largest real estate firm in the world, Carmen focuses on Landlord and Tenant representation as well as investment sales across the state of Indiana. Securing over $22+ million in transactions, leasing over 332,000 square feet since 2017, and President Awards Recipient, 2018.

In addition, Carmen is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer, as well as an IU, Kelly School of Business graduate, with a degree in marketing and distribution management.
